The water temperature gauge reads in Celsius but the heater knob is in Fahrenheit.
It’s also worth noting I owned this car for 4 years and just realized this today.

The heater knob actually is in Celsius too, but you don’t know it, because your heater core is busted.

From my own experience with a Jag with a coolant leak, I can tell you that the temperature gauge only stops in three positions: 1) Cold. 2) One tick below dead center. 3) Cracked block.

And the coolant gauge is colored green in the area where the car would be overheating... XD
As far as units of temperature go, I wonder if the digital heat/ac temperature display in my Mini can be switched from Fahrenheit to Celsius...? One would think it’d make sense, right?
